HR / Admin Manager

Job Description

  • Responsible for the development and implementation of the company's HR strategic planning to ensure that the HR strategy is aligned with the company's overall strategic objectives.
  • Manage and optimize the recruitment process to attract, screen and recommend the most suitable talent for key positions in optical manufacturing.
  • Design and implement employee training and development programs to enhance the professional skills and work efficiency of the team.
  • Develop a fair performance management system, regularly evaluate employee performance and give constructive feedback.
  • Promote the construction of corporate culture, establish a positive working atmosphere, and enhance employees' sense of belonging and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and handle employee relations issues, maintain good labor relations, and prevent and resolve potential labor disputes.
  • Responsible for the design and management of the compensation and benefit system to ensure that the compensation structure is competitive and motivates employees.
  • Planning and implementing administrative work according to the company's business development needs, including office environment management, facilities maintenance and logistics services;

Skills and Abilities Requried

  • Bachelor degree or above in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • At least 15 years of work experience in human resources and administrative management, including 5 years of experience as HR manager or equivalent. With foreign enterprise background is preferred;
  • Familiar with national labor laws and regulations, with the ability to handle complex employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and co-ordination skills and leadership ability to effectively communicate with employees at different levels.
  • Preferred background in the manufacturing industry, with an understanding of the specific needs and challenges of the industry.
  • Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing and comfortable in a foreign company environment.
