The Zeiss Stemi 2000-C stereo microscope offers a wide variety of standard features and options that will meet the most rigorous application demands. The sharp, distortion-free 3D images produced by the Greenough optical system, along with a 7.7X to 1X click stop or continuous zoom range, sets the Stemi 2000-C Zeiss Microscope apart from other stereo microscopes. The included 10X eyepieces provide a 6.5X to 50X magnification range yielding a field of view from 35.4mm down to 4.6mm. By adding supplemental lenses and 25X eyepieces, magnifications of 1.95X to 250X can be achieved for this Zeiss Microscope.
Note: For lowest magnifications obtained with the 0.3X supplemental lens, a boom stand system is required. The addition of a C-mount camera or SLR camera can be accomplished via the appropriate adapter below. The Stemi 2000-C standard package includes the microscope head imaging port, rack-and-pinion focusing assembly, and 10X eyepieces. A mounting system is required. A basic stand with 260mm column is available. (Boom stand adaptation is straightforward: connect the microscope head and focusing assembly to one of the 32mm diameter columns below). Boom stands are sold separately.
158mm diameter stage offers ±30° Range of Tilt. Adhesive inset is 84mm in diameter. The unique stage offers the versatility needed for viewing and lighting objects at a variety of angles and positions that are difficult to obtain by normal means. The stage is easily added to the Stemi 2000-C and Stereo Discovery V8 systems. It can be tilted in any direction to allow sideways observation of 3D objects.
