Damage thresholds ranging from 2 - 10J/cm2 allow easy integration into most Nd:YAG laser systems. The coating is deposited on a precision excimer grade UV grade fused silica substrate for excellent thermal stability, low wavefront distortion, and ultra-low auto-fluorescence.
