Infrared (IR) Handheld Devices employ a proprietary high resolution image converter and photocathode arrangement to produce a visible image from infrared radiation. The bright green image is easily viewed through the included objective and eyepiece lenses. For close-up or inspection applications, the objective lens can be replaced with any of our wide selection of C-Mount Imaging Lenses. A ¼-20 mount in the base of the handle allows easy positional adjustment and increased utility. Infrared (IR) Handheld Devices are manufactured from rugged polycarbonate and aluminum. Both models feature constant view settings and also include objective and eyepiece lenses, batteries, and a convenient storage case.
